The hotel is located in a great spot close to the Maison des vins and by the river, which is a bonus for sure.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming French town. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for both the comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the bustling open market right outside.

Not a single thing could be improved, everything was perfect!

Staff were excellent and very helpful, even if you didnt ask them they would go out of their way to help, for the price we paid the hotle was much more than expected and was virtually in the town centre of Bergerac. They also upgraded us to the double room, foc, after we paid for the cheaper twin room.

At 50 Euros a night for two people there was nothing I did'nt like.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location. It was great to be able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the clean and tidy rooms were exactly what I needed for my stay.

Reasonable location in relation to the old town and the main restaurants but away from the main thrust of things so quiet.

Air con not v cooling - road sweepers woke us up early as we slept with windows open to compensate.

Convenient to city centre. Good continental brakfast. Parking available close to hotel.

Rooms could do with updating. We found our room a bit cramped for space for 3 adults.

stayed in bergerac before and brit hotel was a pleasant surprise. receptionist was helpful and room had ac. loved the view of the saturday market from the balcony. breakfast was excellent. great value for money in a convenient location. highly recommended!

The location is near the train station and near the city center. The room was neat and clean.

We arrived at 12:30 noon, still early for check-in, and they were still cleaning our rooms. The front desk did not allow us to check-in, so we just left our luggages and started exploring the ville. We got back at 11:30 P.M., and the hotel was close. We had to call the hotel to open the door for us. They should've warned us about this earlier when we first arrived.

Exceptionally smiling staff who were more than happy to help. Good breakfasts. Very central. Literally only 10 minutes from airport by taxi at 12-13€.

Location was good as it was near the shops and the old part of town. The staff were friendly and had a welcoming attitude.

The facilities were dated and the room was noisy which affected our sleep. We had issues with the balcony door lock and when we raised it to the staff, they seemed indifferent to our concerns about security.

The front of house staff and the chambermaids were excellent. The Manager was particulalry helpful.

The restaurant staff on the other hand were surly and unhelpful - and the food was not good.
